1. Filling Procedures
- First-time Filling: Pre-cool the inner liner before initial filling. Inject 20–30L of LPG, let it stand for 30 minutes until pressure stabilizes at 0.7–0.8 MPa, then check for leaks before proceeding with regular filling.
- Filling Limits: Do not overfill—leave 10–15% vapor space.
- Pressure Regulation: If pressure exceeds safe levels, use a return gas gun to depressurize.
2. Operation & Maintenance
- Storage Position: Keep cylinder upright and secured; avoid proximity to heat sources (≥1m from stoves).
- Valve Operation: Open outlet valves slowly to allow pressure equalization before adjusting flow. For dual-cylinder systems, never open both valves simultaneously.
- Leak Response: Ventilate immediately if leaks are detected; no open flames or electrical sparks.
3. Safety precautions
- Prohibited Actions:
- Do not heat the cylinder, drain residual liquid, or lift by valves.
- Shut off all valves if unused for >10 hours.
- Environmental Restrictions: Never use or store in enclosed spaces (e.g., underground parking).
4. Technical Specifications & Standards
- Operating Conditions:
- Working pressure: 2.1 MPa
- Volume range: 0.5–150L
- Temperature range: -40°C to 60°C
- Compliance: Meets ISO 11119-3 standards.
